Busy days compress your world. Breath is the fastest way to create space—no gear, no app, no perfect setting. Change the breath, change the state.

The three moves (pick one, use anywhere)

1) Box Breath — 1 minute to steady

Pattern: inhale 4 · hold 4 · exhale 4 · hold 4 × 4 rounds
Use for: nerves before a call, mid-inbox spike
Cues: shoulders down; jaw easy; breathe through the nose

2) 4–6 Downshift — calm without getting sleepy

Pattern: inhale 4 · exhale 6 for 1–3 minutes
Use for: tension between tasks, after hard news
