Why a capsule?
Less thinking, more moving. A tight kit lets you train, commute, and meet a friend without changing lanes—or clothes. Monochrome pieces layer cleanly, wash easily, and still look sharp at 7 a.m. or 7 p.m.
The 5-piece core (start here)
- Organic Tee — breathable, structured, works solo or under a midlayer.
- Tank — heat days, high-effort sessions, or as a first layer.
- Midlayers (Hoodie or Crew) — loopback or brushed fleece; relaxed block for throw-on comfort.
- Bottoms — Jogger (training/errand) or Commuter Pant (meetings/coffee). Stretch + recovery.
- Shorts — above-knee (6–7" / 15–18 cm); true-waist fit.
Bonus pieces: a light shell for wind/rain and a cap for commute days.
Color system (keep it easy)
- Base: Black, Graphite, Ash, White.
- Rule: everything pairs with everything.
- Pop (optional): add one muted accent only if it still plays well with the base.
Fit rules that never miss
- Tee/tank true to size; size down for a closer line.
- Hoodie/crew relaxed for layering.
- Bottoms by waist; tapered leg with room to move.
- Shorts above knee for a clean line with hoodies and crews.
Outfit formulas
- Train → coffee: Tank + Jogger + Hoodie + cap.
- Lift day: Organic Tee + Shorts + crew socks.
- Commute → meeting: Tee + Commuter Pant + midlayer over shoulder.
- Errand loop: Tee + Jogger + lightweight shell.
- Evening walk: Hoodie + Jogger; tee in the tote.
Accessories that pull weight
- Cap: shade + focus; packs flat.
- Crew socks: structure the look; line-dry to extend life.
- Crossbody/Tote: stow hoodie, bottle, spare tee.
Laundry cadence
- Wash cold (30 °C), inside out. Skip softener; it coats fibers.
- Air dry whenever possible.
- Spot-clean between washes; rotate wear to keep shape.

Keep the system quiet (and strong)
One palette, simple blocks, real pockets, seams that hold. The goal isn’t “more”—it’s enough. When each piece earns its place, you move better and think less.
Less noise. More signal.
