Why care matters
Clothes remember how you treat them. Cold water, calm cycles, a line in the air—these small choices keep shape, colour, and hand-feel longer. Durability is sustainability. Less replacement, more life.
Quick-start rules (work for most pieces)
- Wash cold (30 °C), inside out.
- Mild detergent. Skip fabric softener (coats fibres, traps odour, blocks performance).
- Zip/Velcro closed. Tie drawcords; wash similar colours together.
- Air dry. Heat ages fabric and prints; tumble low only if essential.
- Wash less, wear more. Spot-clean between full cycles.
By material (fast guides)
Organic Cotton (tees, tanks, some midlayers)
- Cold wash, inside out.
- Line dry; reshape while damp.
- Low iron on reverse if needed.
- Light pilling? Use a fabric comb—never a razor.
Loopback / Brushed Fleece (hoodies, crews)
- Turn inside out; cold wash with like fabrics.
- Line dry flat or on a rack; avoid high heat to protect loft and fit.
Recycled Performance Blends (joggers, shorts, commuter pants)
- Cold wash; no softener; low spin.
- Remove promptly; line dry.
- Reduce microfibres: use a capture bag/filter, wash full loads, and keep cycles cool.
Swim
- Rinse after salt or chlorine.
- Hand wash cold with mild detergent; do not wring.
- Dry flat in shade; avoid hot tubs and high heat.
Caps & Carry
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Air dry; stuff crown with a clean towel to hold shape.
Socks
- Turn inside out; cold wash; line dry for elastic recovery.
Stain playbook (treat fast, dab—don’t rub)
- Oil/grease: a drop of dish soap → cold rinse → normal wash.
- Mud: let dry, brush off, then cold soak and wash.
- Sweat/yellowing (light colours): oxygen-based bleach or baking-soda paste (test first).
- Deodorant marks: damp cloth + mild soap; avoid ironing residue.
- Blood: cold water only; enzyme cleaner if needed.
Drying, heat & prints
- Air dry whenever you can.
- If you must tumble: low heat, short cycle; remove slightly damp and finish on a rack.
- Graphics: dry and iron inside out; avoid direct high heat on prints.
Storage & rotation
- Fold heavy knits and hoodies to prevent stretch.
- Hang lighter tops on rounded hangers; don’t overcrowd.
- Rotate wear—rest days help fabric recover.
Repair & refresh
A loose thread, tired drawcord, or small seam can be fixed. Mend early and pieces last longer. If you need help, message Support—we’ll share simple repair steps or point you to a local pro.
Keep the promise
